Elder Kevin Davis
APOSTOLIC LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY OF BELIEVERS
The General Secretary/The Scribe - is responsible for developing and maintaining data pertaining to ACMI. In addition, This office certifies delegates to the General Assembly, publishes official documents and certificates, maintain the Official Record of General Assembly Proceedings, distributes pertinent information to the Constituents of the organization, collects and reports statistics and maintains all organizational records. This office is the Keeper of the Seal. The Office of the General Secretary operates under the Authority of The General Secretary.
Deacon Kevin Davis is an active member of the Holy Tabernacle Church of God in Christ Apostolic, Inc. of Dorchester, Massachusnetts. An ordained Deacon since August, 2000.
Kevin has more than three decades of information technology expertise with a dual background in addiction treatment counseling and management. He has served as Director of Operation with The Dimock Center in Roxbury, MA, where he oversaw the operations of Men and Women's Residential programs, A Detoxification Center, and Financial Billing for Behavioral Health programs. Additionally, he has served as an IT Instructor at Lincoln Technical Institute and Technical Accounts Manager with Vasco Data Security. Kevin is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Forensic Counselor. He is currently employed as the Executive Director of Span, Inc., which provides reintegration support and services to men and women who are currently or have been incarcerated.
Deacon Davis has a BS in Human Services, with a Concentration in Addiction Studies from Springfield College with a MS in Human Services, with a Concentration in Management and Organizational Leadership, from Springfield College.
Finally, Kevin has been married to his beautiful wife Bevette for over 32 years and from this union have produced 3 children, Kyle, Brittany, and James and one granddaughter, Kai.
